Liability for Content
According to the TGM (German Telemedia Act) § 7 Section 1, service providers shall be responsible for the content on their websites. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, service providers are not obliged to monitor transferred or saved foreign data, or search for the circumstances which might indicate illegal activities. Obligations for deleting or blocking use of information remain unaffected thereof under general law. To this effect the service provider could only be held liable once he or she has notice of a precise rights violation. At this point such violating contents will be deleted immediately.

Liability for Referrals and Links
Our online offer contains links to external websites of third parties on which we do not have any impact. Therefore, we cannot take responsibility for these foreign contents. Thus, the corresponding publisher of those websites is to be held responsible for the contents of the linked websites. We hereby explicitly declare that, at the times the links were established, we had checked on possible illegal content of the linked website. We did not have any knowledge of illegal content at the times the links were established. However, a permanent monitoring of content of linked websites is not reasonable without a precise indication for illegal activity. The legal basis of data privacy is to be found in the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) as well as in the German Telemedia Act (TGM).

Server-Log files
The service provider (or his web space provider) collects data concerning each single access to the online offer (so-called server-log files). These include:

Name of the website called up, file, date and time of call, transferred quantity of data, feedback upon successful call, type and version of browser, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (website previously visited), IP address and the provider requested.

Log file data are only used by the service provider for statistical evaluation aiming at assuring correct operating, securing and optimizing of the online offer. However, the service provider reserves the right to check the log file data later on, in case there might be corresponding hints towards any unlawful use.

Handling with personal data
Personal data are those information helping to allocate a person, which means data allowing to track a person. These include name, e-mail address or phone number. But also data including preferences, hobbies, memberships or visited websites.

The provider only collects, uses, and passes on personal data when it is legally permitted or when the user gives his or her agreement towards the data collection.

Contacting
When contacting the publisher (e.g. by using the contact form or by e-mail) the user’s data are recorded for the purpose of handling the enquiry as well as for replying to further queries.

Cancelation, Modifications, Adjustments, and Updates
Upon request the user is entitled to obtain information free of charge of his or her personal data which have been recorded. Additionally the user is entitles to request adjustments of incorrect data, blocking and deleting of his or her personal data, as far as there is no legal obligation to retain data.
